If we should in any way fail to meet your expectations, you are encouraged and have the right to register a complaint either verbally or in writing to the Hospital or directly to the state.
If you wish to register a complaint with the hospital, you may do so by call the Patient Satisfaction Line at 606-886-7500. You can make this call without fear of reprisal. Every attempt will be made to resolve your complaint in a prompt manner, however some issues may require more time to resolve. A hospital representative will inform you of the resolution to your complaint as soon as possible.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the state agency as well as or instead of utilizing the hospital’s grievance process. If you wish to register a complaint with the state, you may do so by calling (859-246-2301).
